Breast Reduction #29871

This is a breast reduction case for a 40-year-old female patient weighing 130 lbs. The before photo shows large, low-positioned breasts with significant downward nipple projection. Breast reduction surgery removed excess breast tissue and repositioned the nipple-areola complex higher on the chest wall. The after photo, taken at 25 months post-op, shows the breasts sitting noticeably higher with the nipples redirected forward. Scars from the procedure are visible and still maturing at this timeframe, which is worth keeping in mind when you review the images. Long-term scar appearance continues to change beyond the two-year mark. Shown with the patient's written consent.
