Breast Reduction #29785

This is a breast reduction case for a 30-year-old patient, 140 lbs, treated with different techniques on each side. The right breast received a reduction, while the left underwent a mastopexy. Planning each side separately allowed the procedure to address what each breast required rather than applying a single approach across both. The after photo is taken at two months post-op, when scars are still maturing and some swelling may remain. You can see the incision lines clearly at this stage; that's expected this early in healing. The overall size reduction is visible across both sides. Shown with the patient's written consent.
