Two months after surgery, you're looking at the result of a bilateral breast reduction combined with chest liposuction in a 50-year-old female patient weighing 150 lbs. Both procedures were performed together to address breast volume and the surrounding chest area in a single operative plan. The after photo shows the incision lines still in an early healing phase, which is expected at this point in recovery.
