Breast Reduction #29850

This is a breast reduction case performed on a 16-year-old patient weighing 157 lbs. The after photo is taken six months post-op and shows the vertical incision lines running from the areola downward on each side, with the areolae repositioned and reduced in diameter. The overall breast volume is visibly smaller compared to the before photo. Breast reduction at this age is considered when breast size is causing physical symptoms and growth has sufficiently stabilized; that determination is made during consultation based on your specific history and anatomy.
