Excess breast tissue and skin were removed, and the nipple-areola complex was repositioned to a higher location on the chest wall. The after photo is taken at 12 months post-op, giving you a view of how the incision lines mature over time. At this stage, you can see the scars running along the lower pole of each breast, consistent with a standard reduction pattern.
