Case Notes
This is a breast reduction case for a patient in her fifties. The before photo shows large, low-positioned breasts with nipple-areola complexes pointing downward. Breast reduction surgery removed excess breast tissue and skin, and repositioned the nipple-areola complexes to a higher location on the chest wall. The after photo, taken two months post-op, shows the breasts sitting noticeably higher on the chest with the nipple-areola complexes facing forward. Scars are visible and still maturing at this stage, which is expected at two months. You can see the tissue has settled but continues to change as healing progresses over the coming months. Individual results vary. Contact us to schedule your consultation today!
