This is a breast reduction case performed on a 53-year-old woman weighing 148 lbs. Excess breast tissue and skin were removed, and the nipple-areola complex was repositioned as part of the procedure. In the after photo, taken at 11 months post-op, you can see the incision lines characteristic of a breast reduction: a circle around the areola, a vertical line running downward, and a horizontal segment along the lower breast fold. At nearly a year out, those scars have had significant time to mature and fade. The overall breast size is visibly smaller compared to the before photo.
