Case Notes
This is a breast reduction case performed on a 40-year-old woman weighing 160 lbs. Excess breast tissue and skin were removed, and the nipple-areola complexes were repositioned to a higher location on the chest wall. The after photo, taken two months post-op, shows the incision pattern visible around each areola and running vertically downward, which is consistent with a standard reduction technique. Scars at this stage are still pink and actively maturing, as you'd expect at the two-month mark. The breasts sit noticeably higher on the chest compared to the before photo. Scar appearance continues to change for up to two years following surgery. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
