Case Notes
This is a breast reduction case performed on a patient in her forties, with liposuction extended to the anterior axillary region as part of the same procedure. Adding liposuction to the axillary area addresses tissue that a standard reduction alone wouldn't reach, so the plan accounted for the full chest wall contour, not just the breast mound itself. You can see in the after photo that the breasts sit noticeably higher on the chest wall, with the nipple-areolar complex repositioned upward. The overall breast volume is visibly smaller. These photos were taken 14 months after surgery, so the result you're looking at reflects long-term tissue settling rather than early post-op swelling.
