Case Notes
Four months after surgery, you're looking at the result of a breast augmentation performed on a 30-year-old female patient weighing 153 lbs. The plan called for 375cc Mentor silicone gel implants, round shape, moderate plus profile, placed through an inframammary incision. That incision sits in the fold beneath the breast, keeping any scarring out of visible areas. The moderate plus profile adds forward projection without going to an extreme. At the four-month mark, the implants have had time to settle fully into position, which is what you're seeing in the after photo. The after image shows increased breast volume with the implants sitting in a settled, forward-projecting position across the chest wall.
