That profile produces pronounced upper-pole projection, which you can see clearly in the after photo. Implant size was planned relative to the patient's frame, a factor that carries more weight when working with a lighter build. At the two-month mark, the implants have settled and initial post-operative swelling has resolved, so the after photo reflects where the contour typically lands as the result matures.
