Two months after surgery, you're looking at the result of breast augmentation performed on a 40-year-old patient weighing 108 lbs. The implants selected were 250cc Mentor MemoryGel silicone gel implants, round shape, moderate plus profile. Access was made through an inframammary incision, placing the scar at the fold beneath each breast where it's least visible. The moderate plus profile was chosen to add forward projection while staying in keeping with her slender frame. The after photo shows the breasts at the two-month mark, when initial swelling has resolved and the implants have begun to settle into position. Individual results vary.
