This is a breast augmentation case performed on a patient in her early thirties. Mentor silicone gel implants, 375cc in high profile, were selected for this procedure. High-profile implants carry more forward projection relative to their base width, making them a common choice for patients with a narrower chest wall who want noticeable volume. The after photo shows the frontal view with fuller upper-pole projection visible across both sides. You can see how the added volume sits on a lean frame without the implants appearing to extend wide of the chest.
