Case Notes
Three months after bilateral breast augmentation, you're looking at the result for a 30-year-old patient weighing 108 lbs. Because the two sides weren't identical going into surgery, Dr. DeLuca-Pytell used different implant sizes rather than the same volume on each side: a 275 cc Mentor round silicone gel implant on the right and a 300 cc on the left, both in a moderate plus profile. That size differential was part of the surgical plan, not an afterthought. The after photo shows full, round projection across both sides, with the implants sitting evenly on the chest wall at the three-month mark.
