Mentor MemoryGel silicone implants were used for this breast augmentation in a 50-year-old female patient weighing 130 lbs. Because the two sides weren't the same size to begin with, the implants were sized differently: 275cc on the right and 320cc on the left. Both are round, moderate-profile implants from Mentor's Classic line. Using different volumes on each side is a straightforward planning decision when the goal is to work with what's already there rather than ignore it. The after photo is taken two months post-op, when initial swelling has largely resolved and the implants have begun to settle into position.
