This is a breast reduction case performed on a patient in her thirties, shown here at seven months post-op. Tissue and skin were removed to reduce overall breast volume, and the nipple-areola complex was repositioned as part of the procedure. The after photo shows the periareolar and vertical incision lines still maturing at the seven-month mark; scars at this stage continue to fade over time. You can see the breast mound is noticeably smaller relative to the patient's frame at 150 lbs, with the nipples sitting higher on the chest wall than before surgery.
