This is a breast reduction case performed on a patient in her seventies, weighing 150 lbs. The before photo shows large, heavily dependent breasts with the nipple-areola complexes positioned well below the breast fold. Fourteen months after surgery, you can see the breasts are noticeably smaller in volume, the nipple-areola complexes have been repositioned higher on the breast mound, and the periareolar scars are visible and continuing to fade. The chest wall is more visible above the breasts than it was before the procedure.
