Case Notes
This is a bilateral breast reduction case, photographed 13 months after surgery. The patient weighed 147 lbs at the time of the procedure. Excess breast tissue, skin, and weight were removed from both sides, and the nipple-areolar complexes were repositioned. The after photo, taken at the 13-month mark, shows vertical scars running from the areolae downward on each side, which is consistent with a lollipop-style reduction pattern. Scars at this stage are still maturing and will continue to fade over time. You can see how much the overall breast volume has been reduced relative to the patient's frame.
