This 42-year-old patient came in reporting back and neck pain along with shoulder strap grooving that had developed after pregnancy. An anchor-technique breast reduction was performed, removing approximately 200 grams of tissue from each side. The anchor pattern involves three incision lines: around the areola, vertically down to the breast fold, and along the fold itself. You can see all three scar lines in the four-month after photo; at this stage of healing, that level of visibility is expected and the scars continue to mature over time.
