This patient was 48 years old, active in sports, and following a healthy diet, yet abdominal fullness persisted regardless of those efforts. An abdominoplasty was performed to address the abdominal wall directly. Flank liposuction was completed as a separate operation to treat the sides. The after photo is taken at seven months and shows the low horizontal scar sitting within the bikini line, with a noticeably flatter abdominal profile compared to the before image.
