This is an abdominoplasty case for a 30-year-old female patient weighing 130 lbs. The before photo shows significant abdominal skin laxity with extensive stretch marks across the entire abdominal wall. Abdominoplasty was performed to address the excess skin and stretched tissue. The after photo, taken at six months post-op, shows the abdominal skin tightened and the low horizontal scar visible just above the underwear line, still in the maturing phase. Stretch marks below the navel were removed along with the excised skin. The navel was repositioned and appears well-healed at this stage. Results vary from patient to patient.
