This is an abdominoplasty case for a 30-year-old patient weighing 170 lbs, shown six months after surgery. The plan combined a full abdominoplasty with liposuction to address the excess abdominal skin and tissue visible in the before photo. Abdominoplasty removes redundant skin and tightens the abdominal wall; adding liposuction allows contouring of the surrounding area in the same operative setting. The after photo shows the low horizontal scar positioned at the bikini line, the repositioned navel, and a noticeably flatter abdominal profile compared to before. Remaining stretch marks above the navel are still visible, which is a normal finding at this stage. Shown with the patient's written consent.
