Case Notes
A Fleur de Lis abdominoplasty was performed on this 31-year-old patient, weighing 155 lbs. This technique uses both a horizontal and a vertical incision pattern, which allows for skin removal in two directions rather than one. That makes it an option when excess skin extends across the width of the abdomen and also vertically up the midline. The after photo shows a flattened abdominal wall, a repositioned navel, and the characteristic vertical scar running up the center alongside the lower horizontal incision. Stretch marks visible in the before photo are largely absent from the central abdominal panel in the after photo, consistent with the tissue that was removed. Shown with the patient's written consent. Contact us for a consulation.
