This 40-year-old patient, weighing 120 lbs, had both procedures performed in a single operative session. The breast augmentation used 300cc Mentor silicone gel implants, round shape, moderate plus profile. For the abdomen, an abdominoplasty addressed the excess skin and laxity visible in the before photo, with the low horizontal scar sitting at or below the waistband line, as you can see in the after image. Combining the two procedures meant one anesthesia event and one recovery period rather than two. The after photo shows the abdominal contour flattened and the breast volume noticeably increased, with the implants sitting in a rounded position across the chest wall. Results vary from patient to patient.
