You're looking at a neuromodulator treatment, not a surgical procedure: Dysport works by temporarily reducing muscle activity in targeted areas, which lessens the appearance of movement-related lines. The after photo was taken two weeks post-treatment, which is a typical timeframe for the full effect to settle in. At that point, the forehead lines visible in the before photo appear visibly reduced, and the area between the brows looks smoother at rest.
