Case Notes
Four months after treatment, you can see what mid-cheek Sculptra combined with undereye filler looks like in a 47-year-old patient. Sculptra works differently from standard hyaluronic acid fillers: it's injected into the mid-cheek to stimulate your own collagen production over time, building volume gradually rather than all at once. The undereye filler addressed the tear trough area directly beneath the lower lids. Because the two products work through different mechanisms, pairing them lets the plan cover both the cheek structure and the undereye zone in a single treatment session. The after photo is taken at the four-month mark, when Sculptra's collagen response is well underway. Shown with the patient's written consent.
