This 27-year-old patient came in with a specific goal: narrowing the forehead through neuromodulator treatment. Exam findings included frontalis creases, glabellar creases, and a robust temporalis muscle with a visible ridge on biting. Dysport was chosen to address the frontalis and glabellar areas, and the temporalis muscle was also treated to work toward the forehead-narrowing effect the patient was looking for. The after photo is taken at two weeks post-treatment. You can see the forehead lines are visibly reduced at rest, and the overall forehead width appears smaller in the frontal view. Dosing and placement decisions were driven by what the exam showed, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
