Case Notes
This is an undereye filler dissolve case for a patient in her fifties. Hyaluronidase was used to break down existing hyaluronic acid filler beneath both eyes. The before photo shows the undereye area with filler in place; the after photo, taken two weeks following the dissolve, shows the undereye area with that filler cleared. Dissolving filler is a straightforward option when previously placed product isn't sitting the way you'd like, and two weeks is typically enough time to see where things have settled. If you're weighing whether to dissolve, revise, or leave existing filler alone, this case gives you a realistic look at what the process involves. Shown with the patient's written consent.
