Case Notes
Under-eye filler placed in the tear trough area for a patient in her forties. The before photo shows hollowing beneath both eyes, with visible shadowing in the under-eye zone. Dermal filler was injected into the tear trough to add volume in that area. In the after photo, the transition between the lower eyelid and the upper cheek appears smoother, and the depth of the under-eye hollow is visibly reduced. This is a non-surgical treatment, so there's no incision or recovery period involved. If you're considering tear trough filler, the anatomy of this area varies considerably from person to person, which affects both the planning and the amount of product used. Shown with the patient's written consent. Save it to your Favorites ❤️ so you can bring it up when you visit.
