Gynecomastia treated by liposuction alone, no excision. This patient was 17 years old and active in sports when he came in; the goal was to reduce the breast tissue volume without the recovery demands of a more extensive procedure. Because the tissue composition was suitable for liposuction only, no skin removal or glandular excision was needed. The after photo is taken at three months post-op. You can see the chest contour is noticeably flatter across both sides, with the projection visible in the before photo no longer present. At 150 lbs, his frame was lean enough that liposuction alone addressed the concern. The three-month mark generally reflects a settled, stable result.
