Case Notes
This is a gynecomastia reduction case for a 40-year-old male patient weighing 170 lbs, treated with liposuction to address excess chest tissue on both sides. In the before photo, you can see fullness and forward projection of the chest tissue, with the nipple-areolar complexes sitting away from the chest wall. The after photo is taken at two months post-op. The chest wall is noticeably flatter, and the nipple-areolar complexes now sit flush rather than projecting forward. Keep in mind that swelling at this stage hasn't fully resolved, so the contour will continue to settle over the coming weeks. Shown with the patient's written consent. Dr. Danielle DeLuca-Pytell MD can walk you through whether this approach fits your anatomy.
