Breast Implant Removal with Lift #29816

This 40-year-old patient, weighing 130 lbs, underwent a mommy makeover combining three procedures in a single operative plan: implant removal with mastopexy, a revision abdominoplasty, and an upper back lift. The breast implants were removed and a lift was performed to reposition the breast tissue without implants in place. The abdominoplasty addressed excess abdominal skin and was performed as a revision, meaning prior abdominal work factored into the surgical planning. The upper back lift targeted excess skin in that region as part of the same operative session. What you're seeing in the after photo is the result at 26 months post-op.
