Breast Implant Removal with Lift #29862

This is a breast implant removal with mastopexy case, performed on a patient in her early thirties weighing 150 lbs. The implants were removed and a lift was performed at the same time, repositioning the nipple-areola complex and reshaping the breast tissue without leaving implants in place. The before photo shows surgical planning markings already drawn on the skin. Three months after surgery, the after photo shows the lollipop-pattern scars still maturing around the areola and vertically down to the fold, which is expected at this stage of healing. Scar appearance continues to change well beyond the three-month mark. Individual results vary.
