Case Notes
This is a breast implant removal with mastopexy case, performed on a 50-year-old patient weighing 140 lbs. The implants were removed and a lift was performed at the same time to reposition the nipple-areola complex and reshape the breast tissue without implants in place. The after photo, taken three months post-op, shows the healing incision lines visible around the areola and extending downward, which is typical for a mastopexy performed alongside explantation. You can see the breasts sit smaller in volume now that the implants are gone, with the nipples repositioned higher on the chest wall. Individual results vary. Shown with the patient's written consent.
