Case Notes
This is an upper blepharoplasty case performed on a woman in her fifties. The before photo shows excess upper eyelid skin resting along the lid margin on both sides. Upper blepharoplasty addresses that by removing a precisely measured strip of skin from the upper lids, with the incision placed within the natural lid crease so it stays out of sight once healed. The after photo is taken at 11 months post-op. You can see the upper lid contour clearly, with the crease visible and the lid margin no longer obscured by overhanging skin. At nearly a year out, swelling is fully resolved and the tissue has settled completely. Shown with the patient's written consent.
