Case Notes
This is an upper blepharoplasty case performed on a woman in her mid-fifties. The procedure involved removing excess upper eyelid skin through incisions placed within the natural eyelid crease, keeping any resulting scar discreet once healed. You can see in the after photo, taken at the eleven-month mark, that the upper eyelids sit with a cleaner, more open contour and the crease is well-defined on both sides. At 140 lbs, this patient was a straightforward candidate for an upper-lid-only approach, with no lower eyelid work performed. Eleven months out, the eyelid contour has fully settled and the incision lines are not visible in the frontal photograph. Contact us for more information.
