Case Notes
Seven months after upper blepharoplasty, you're looking at the after photo of a man in his mid-sixties. The procedure addressed the upper eyelids bilaterally, removing excess skin to clear the visual field above each eye. In the after photo, the upper lids sit noticeably higher, with more of the iris visible on both sides. Planning for male upper blepharoplasty differs from the female approach: the incision placement and amount of tissue removed account for the flatter, less arched brow position typical in men, so the result reads as consistent with male lid anatomy. The scar line, positioned within the natural upper lid crease, is not visible at this stage of healing. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
