Case Notes
This is a tuberous breast correction combined with bilateral augmentation in a 20-year-old patient weighing 147 lbs. Because tuberous breast anatomy differs between sides, implant sizing was planned independently for each: a 255cc Mentor silicone gel implant on the right and a 215cc moderate classic profile implant on the left. Using different volumes this way lets the surgeon account for the size difference that tuberous presentations commonly produce. The after photo is taken at four months post-op, showing the frontal result at that point in recovery. Tuberous breast surgery is more involved than a standard augmentation, so the planning conversation matters as much as the procedure itself. Shown with the patient's written consent. Call (248) 885-8858 if you'd like to talk it through.
