Tubular Breast Surgery #46343

This is a breast reduction case for a 47-year-old patient, 167 lbs, who also had a tuberous breast condition on the left side. Because the two concerns were addressed together, the surgical plan combined standard reduction techniques with a left tuberous breast release in a single procedure. The release addresses the constricted tissue at the base of the breast that defines tuberous breast anatomy. Seven months out, you can see the overall volume reduction across both sides and the change in the left breast's shape as the released tissue has settled.
