Tubular Breast Surgery #29990

This is a tubular breast surgery case in a 24-year-old patient, shown four months after the procedure. Because tubular breasts don't follow a single correction pattern, each side was planned differently. On the right, augmentation was combined with a tubular release; on the left, augmentation was paired with a mastopexy to reposition the nipple-areolar complex. Implants are Mentor MemoryGel round silicone gel, moderate plus profile: 300cc on the right and 275cc on the left. The size difference was part of the plan, not an oversight.
