Tubular Breast Surgery #29912

This is a tubular breast surgery case in a 40-year-old female patient, shown three months after the procedure. Because tubular breasts have a constricted base and a tight lower pole, augmentation alone isn't enough; tubal release is performed at the same time to allow the tissue to expand and accept the implant properly. Here, 360cc round Mentor silicone gel implants, moderate plus profile, were placed through inframammary incisions, with tubal release carried out to address the underlying constriction. You can see in the after photo that the breast footprint has broadened and the lower pole has filled out compared to the before image. The three-month mark is when early settling is visible, though implants continue to settle beyond that point.
