This is a combined mastopexy and mini abdominoplasty case performed on a 40-year-old woman weighing 190 lbs. The mastopexy repositioned the nipple-areola complex and reshaped the breast tissue; you can see the periareolar and vertical incision lines in the after photo, which is consistent with a standard mastopexy pattern. The mini abdominoplasty addressed the lower abdominal wall through a low horizontal incision, visible just above the underwear line in the after image. Combining both procedures in a single operative setting meant one recovery period rather than two. The after photo is an early post-op image, so the incisions are still pink and actively healing.
