Six months after liposuction to the flanks and outer thighs, you're looking at the front-view result for a 40-year-old patient weighing 180 lbs. The treatment addressed fat deposits along the lateral hip and flank line as well as the outer thigh on both sides. In the after photo, you can see a visible reduction in the width across the hip and outer thigh area compared to the before image. The waistline, visible above the garment in both photos, was not part of this treatment plan. The after photo is taken at the six-month post-liposuction mark, when post-operative swelling has largely resolved and the tissue has had time to settle into its final position.
