Inverted Nipple Repair #43463

This is a bilateral inverted nipple repair case performed on a 64-year-old female patient. Both nipples were inverted, and the procedure addressed each side using a full thickness skin graft bolster technique. That approach releases the tethering tissue pulling the nipple inward, then uses the graft material to provide structural support so the nipple holds its projected position. It's typically chosen when the inversion is more resistant and won't respond to less involved methods. The after photo is taken at three months post-op, where both nipples are projecting outward. Healing at this stage is still ongoing, and the final appearance continues to settle past the three-month mark. Individual results vary. Shown with the patient's written consent.
