Ten months after a lower facelift and necklift, you're looking at the result for a 70-year-old female patient. The procedure addressed the lower face and neck as a combined plan, repositioning and tightening the underlying tissue and skin in both areas together rather than treating them separately. In the after photo, the jawline reads as cleaner and the neck contour is visibly tighter compared to what you see on the left. The skin texture across the cheeks and neck shows the settling that comes with a longer post-op timeframe, ten months being well past the point where residual swelling has resolved. This patient also received toxin and filler treatments following her surgery.
