This is a facelift with platysmaplasty case for a woman in her sixties, photographed at the 11-month mark. The procedure addressed both the face and the neck in a single operation. Platysmaplasty involves working directly on the platysma muscle beneath the chin and along the neck, which allows for repositioning of the underlying tissue rather than relying on skin tension alone. The after photo shows the jawline and neck area with noticeably cleaner contour compared to the before image.
