Case Notes
This is a breast implant revision case for a 60-year-old patient weighing 130 lbs. Her existing saline implants were removed and exchanged for Mentor Saline Moderate Plus implants, with each side inflated to a volume specific to that breast: 350cc on the right and 375cc on the left. That side-to-side difference in fill volume is a planning decision, not an oversight. It accounts for the fact that no two breasts are identical in their starting dimensions. You're looking at the four-month post-op photo, where the implants have had time to settle into their final position. The after image shows fuller projection across both breasts compared to what was present before surgery. Individual results vary.
