Case Notes
This is a breast implant revision case for a 40-year-old patient. The existing implants were removed and replaced with Mentor implants: 375 cc on the right and 350 cc on the left. A mastopexy was performed at the same time, repositioning the nipple-areolar complex, which you can see in the after photo with the periareolar and vertical incision lines still maturing at the three-month mark. The slight size difference between sides was part of the surgical plan to accommodate for normal asymmetry. You're looking at three-month post-op photos, so the scars will continue to fade beyond what's visible here. Individual results vary.
