Case Notes
This is a breast implant revision case for a 40-year-old patient weighing 108 lbs. The existing saline implants were removed and exchanged for 375cc Mentor MemoryGel silicone implants. The procedure also included a pectoralis major muscle release, which adjusts the pocket and changes how the implant sits beneath the chest wall. That step is a meaningful part of revision planning, particularly when the goal is to address pocket position or implant movement. The after photo is taken at eight months post-op.
