This is a bilateral breast augmentation case for a 30-year-old female patient, 160 lbs, who chose Motiva's Demi implants specifically for their lower-profile ergonomix design. The plan used 340cc cohesive gel implants bilaterally. Motiva's Demi line sits between a round and an anatomical shape, which can work well for patients with a slimmer chest wall who want volume without excessive upper-pole projection. The after photo is taken two months post-op, and you can see the implants have begun to settle into position with the skin envelope adapting around them. At this stage, some additional softening and settling typically continues over the following weeks. Results vary from patient to patient.
